Kenwood is a small town located in wine country along Hwy 12 between Santa Rosa and Sonoma. Situated beside quiet mountains and a redwood forest, lush colors from the vineyards and local farms spring to life with each new season.
The region is often called The Valley of the Moon, loosely translated from "Sonoma" in the Miwok language, and popularized by author Jack London who lived in neighboring Glen Ellen. Kenwood is best known for its wineries, restaurants, and a Condé Nast rated resort.
